AIFP Director speaks at International Fire Management Conference

Our Director Dr Ken Byrne was a key presenter at the International Wildfire Management Conference held in Sydney. His presentation, 'The Firefighter of the Future: Reducing Risk", outlined profiles of common types of problem performers and described practical tips for identifying high risk applicants with pre-employment profiling.
