AIFP presents at international Women's Policing Conference

The 5th Australasian Women and Policing Conference, 'Women Leading Change 2007', was held in Melbourne and featured our Director Dr Ken Byrne as a guest speaker. Dr Byrne's presentation focused on Gender Bias in policing applicants, and was entitled 'Changing Police Culture: Evaluating Gender Bias in Applicants.'
